Who we are

This store is operated by Cheeky Rip. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a genuine error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Product descriptions and images

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including fabric weight, sizing and print placement.

Screens render colour differently and printed garments vary slightly between production runs. Minor variation in colour and in print position is normal on a sublimated garment and is not a fault. Anything beyond that is covered by our refund policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing

Sizes are Australian and given as waist measurements in inches. We publish a size guide and we would rather you read it than guess. Where a size turns out wrong, our refund policy applies.

Age

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to Cheeky Rip. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your account and your conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Do not use this site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise.

Third parties

This site is hosted by Shopify and payments are handled by third-party processors. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
