Where we ship
Australia, to any address Australia Post delivers to, including PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Cost
Free on every order. No threshold, no express upgrade, no surprise at checkout.
How long it takes
10 to 15 business days from the day you order.
Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than from an Australian warehouse. That is the trade-off that keeps a short of this quality at $59.95 rather than $89, and we would rather tell you plainly than surprise you with an international label on the parcel.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel moves. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email hello@cheekyrip.com and we will chase it. That is our job, not yours.
Australia Day 2027
Australia Day falls on Tuesday 26 January 2027.
- Order by Friday 11 December — comfortable, with real buffer, clear of the Christmas period.
- Order by Monday 4 January — tight. We will send it, but we will not promise the date.
After 4 January we cannot promise arrival before the 26th, and we will not take your money pretending otherwise.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown include GST where applicable. There is nothing further to pay on delivery within Australia.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
If a parcel is lost in transit, that is on us. Email us and we will replace it.
